The Hopkins Picnic kicked off August 5 for its first of three evenings to celebrate the 133rd event. The 2021 Little Miss and Mr. Hopkins were Oakley Wermelskirchen and Landon Frueh. Oakley is the daughter of Andrew and Amanda Wemelskirchen. Landon is the son of Shawn and Emily Frueh.
