Nodaway County Commissioners passed checks out to five townships recently from the Enel White Cloud Wind Project. The total of $165,000 was received from the wind farm entity, which the county kept half and divided the remainder among the five townships that have the White Cloud windmills. Aubrey Jackson, Lexi Wray and Lily Hayden have made stress balls to sell at $1 each to give a monetary donation to the Noyes Home, St. Joseph. As of November 19, the students had collected $253. The original goal was $200.
