Skidmore approves budget, tax rate

The Skidmore City Council, August 25, approved the 2021-22 city budget and the tax rate. First the council reviewed the profit and loss by class report for the 2020-21 fiscal year. County’s tax rate garners $638,602

The Nodaway County Commissioners set the 2022 tax rate at 16¢ per $100 assessed valuation August 31 after a public hearing, where no citizen spoke.
