Maryville High School has moved Homecoming activities to the week of Monday, October 26 through Friday, October 31. Royalty will be crowned before the Friday night football game. If the football team receives a bye for the week, a Homecoming rally will be held in the stadium Friday night.
The Nodaway County Health Department reported the COVID-19 community testing event on September 14 at the National Guard Armory, Maryville, had two positive cases from the 205 tests that were taken. Tom Patterson, administrator, noted the two positives would be close to the current regional rate of 1.8 per 100 tests.

In attendance:Walker, Bob Stiens, Chris Burns, associate commissioners and Melinda Patton, county clerk. Burns made a motion to approve the agenda as presented. The motion passed.
