There will be a Sunshine Law training at 5:30 pm, Thursday, December 2 at Newton Hall, Skidmore. It is open to the public and participants should bring their supper, drink, pen and paper.
AL Post 100 hosts breakfast in Maryville
The American Legion Post 100 and Scout Troops 190 and 74 will have a breakfast from 8 am to noon, Sunday, December 5 at the AL Post, 1104 East Fifth Street, Maryville. The Maitland, Graham, Skidmore American Legion Post 256 will serve breakfast from 8 am to 12:30 pm, Sunday, November 21 at the Maitland post. The freewill donation meal is biscuits and sausage gravy, pancakes, eggs, big delicious homemade cinnamon rolls, coffee and orange juice. Proceeds will be used for building maintenance.
