North Nodaway, Northeast Nodaway boys start districts

The North Nodaway Mustangs and Northeast Nodaway Bluejays Boys Teams played their first district games on February 20 in Conception Jct.  North Nodaway won 50-30 over Stanberry, while Northeast fell to Rock Port, 42-64, to end their season. Additional photos can be found on Page 14 of the NNL.

Community Breakfast is in Ravenwood

The Ravenwood Community Breakfast will be from 8 am to noon, Sunday, February 25 at the Ravenwood Community Center. The Northeast Nodaway FFA will be serving and receiving the funds. Cost is $10 for adults; children are $5. The Northeast Nodaway FFA is helping with the breakfast and proceeds will go to the FFA.

102 Donations benefit Hopkins, Pickering area

A new philanthropic organization, 102 Donations, has been formed to benefit the North Nodaway school district area being Hopkins and Pickering. The organization currently has 28 members, both men and women, who make a minimum contribution of $25 per quarter. The group has made two presentations.
