Phillips takes oath of office as prosecutor

Caleb Phillips is sworn in as Nodaway County Prosecuting Attorney by Circuit Court Judge Roger Prokes. Phillips, an Albany native, started his duties on September 1. He was appointed by Missouri Governor Mike Parson to finish Robert Rice’s term of office. Rice was appointed as the associate circuit court judge for Nodaway County.
