The Maryville Public Library, 509 North Main Street, Maryville, will hold Book Nibblers from 9:45 to 10:15 am, Thursday, April 11. Skidmore Community Betterment will meet at 6 pm, Monday, April 8 at Newton Hall, Skidmore. Interested individuals are invited to attend. In addition, the library will be open from 10 to 11 am, Saturday, April 13 and Saturday, 27 in Newton Hall, Skidmore.

Memory Cafe will be held from 10 to 11 am, Thursday, April 11 at the First United Methodist Church, 102 North Main Street, Maryville. St. Joseph’s Catholic Church is having a fish fry from 5 to 7:30 pm, Friday, April 5 in the handicap-accessible church basement located at 415 South Main Street, Parnell. The freewill donation meal will feature fish, cheesy potatoes, baked beans, cole slaw, dinner roll and desserts.

The Friends Caring group will meet at 4 pm, Thursday, April 4 in the Friendship Hall, First United Methodist Church, 102 North Main Street, Maryville.
