Maryville native rewarded for helping others

Maryville native Ashley Hennegin won employee of the year for her work at Tri-County’s Mental Health Services, Kansas City. With over 100 employees, Tri-County assists more than 7,000 patients a year. Hennegin has worked for two years at Tri-County an is currently the intake and assessment manager. She also answers crisis calls from the community.

MPR board supports transient guest tax proposal

The Maryville Parks and Recreation board heard a proposal from Northwest Missouri State Athletic Director Mel Tjeerdsma and Maryville City Manager Greg McDanel during its regular meeting on August 4.
