The Maryville Community Blood Drive was held February 5 and 6 at the First Baptist Church gym. On February 6, Greg Davis, Pickering, donated for the first time in Maryville. He has recently moved from Nebraska where he has donated 67 units. Finishing up his donation, Devin Clinton-Zigler, donor care technician, bandages off his arm.
NFL Super Bowl Champions, 1967-2023 This weekend’s Super Bowl marks the 58th game since starting in 1967. 21 different teams have at least one Super Bowl victory. On February 6, seven county schools sent their spelling bee finalists to the county competition at St. Gregory Barbarigo School. Platte Valley came away with wins in both games, the girls, 45-36 and the boys, 59-39. Both girls teams met with perfect conference records, knowing a win would solidify first
