10th annual Christmas Craft Fair is at MCC

The 10th annual Christmas Craft Fair is from 9 am to 2 pm, Saturday, November 12 at the Maryville Community Center, 1407 North Country Club Road. Hosted by the Maryville Parks and Recreation, there will be over 50 vendors and crafters. Admission is $1. Children will be able to write letters to Santa.

Northwest Volleyball makes history

The Bearcat Volleyball squad became the first in program history to become MIAA regular season champions after sweeping Central Oklahoma in Bearcat Arena on November 2. Number 10-ranked Northwest clinched at least a share against the 21st ranked Bronchos, and then made sure the title was all theirs after sweeping Newman at home November 4.

Eagles to serve Hunters’ Breakfast

A Hunter’s Breakfast will be served from 8 to 10:30 am, Saturday, November 12 at the Eagles, 29997 US Highway 71, Maryville. There will be free coffee. The menu is pancakes, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage and bacon. Cost is $8 a plate. A percentage of funds go to Adopt-A-Family.

Rolla Dicks American Legion Auxiliary is offering a beef and noodle dinner from 5 to 7 pm, Veterans Day, Friday, November 11 in Burlington Jct.
