State track meet held in Jefferson City

The Platte Valley boys 4×800 team of Alex Mattson, Justin Miller, Ethan Holtman and Brandon McQueen ran a time of 8:41.06 to finish in 6th.

Platte Valley, Nodaway Valley, North Nodaway and Maryville all had athletes compete in Jefferson City in May 17-18 at the Class 1 and Class 3 State Championship Meets. Full coverage can be found on Pages 16-17 of this week’s NNL.
