The Maryville Optimist Club Kids Fishing Tournament will begin with registration at 8 am, Saturday, July 3 at the City Boat Ramp at Mozingo Lake Recreation Park. There are two age divisions, zero to nine-years old and 10 to 15-years old.
Fishing starts at 8:30 am and ends at 11 am. There are three awards, first place for biggest fish, second place for most fish, and third place for smallest fish. Worms are provided. Kool Kats will have free treats for the participants.
