The 2023 Heart and Sole event will be held from 8 am to noon, Saturday, February 25 at the Carl and Cheryl Hughes Fieldhouse. Includes walking, games cholesterol screenings, heart healthcare vendors and more. The event is sponsored by Mosaic Medical Center – Maryville and Northwest Missouri State University.
