Local men and women of Nodaway County have dusted off their props in preparation for the Civil War battle re-enactment season. The weekly Maryville Farmers Market saw a good turnout May 6. Vendors were selling flowers, vegetable plants, early produce, homemade jams, cinnamon rolls, doughnuts, pallet boxes, crocheted items and more.
