Dan Collins, Platte Valley head football coach, is hosting a flag football clinic for South Nodaway and Jefferson fourth to sixth grade students. Participants will spend two evenings learning offensive and defensive plays and will scrimmage during half time at the PV vs. Stewartsville game on Friday, October 7.

Maryville High School Spoofhound football defenders swarm the Smithville Warriors quarterback and win Homecoming 39-0. More than 15,500 Bearcat enthusiasts traveled to Kansas City on October 1 to watch their team play the University of Central Missouri Mules. The undefeated Northwest Missouri State ‘Cats won 42-17.
