Food Pantry available in WN school district

The West Nodaway Food Pantry is open to people living in the West Nodaway school district from 4 to 6 pm, Tuesdays, October 4, 11, 18 and 25 at the First Christian Church, Third and Ballard, Burlington Jct. There is also a food drop at 5 pm, Wednesdays, October 12, 19 and 26.

UMC hosts Lord’s Acre Day in Wilcox

The Lord’s Acre Day will start with an auction at 10:30 am and dinner at 11:30 am, Saturday, October 1 at the Wilcox United Methodist Church, located north of Maryville on Highway 71.
