The Nodaway County Senior Citizens Senate at the April 21 Senior Center meeting discussed the importance of the Tuesday, May 4 Young at Heart Resources regional elections for its board of directors. The Maryville Spoofhounds fell to the Benton Cardinals 6-4 after fighting through 10 innings. Sophomore Cooper Loe pitched just over eight innings with three unearned hits and one walk. The Spoofhounds are playing in the Chillicothe Tournament this weekend.
