Leslie “Vern” Carroll, 68, Bolivar, died Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at Mercy Hospital, Springfield.

Services were June 18 at the Butler Funeral Home, Bolivar, with burial in the Slagle Cemetery, Boliver.
