The last two weeks of the Horace Mann Laboratory School summer school saw the prekindergarten through sixth grade students learning about velocity and lift. The week of June 26, the students created launchers and experimented to test the designs and make them even better. On the last day of school June 29, the students gathered for the final challenge of the duck chuck with the targets created by the Northwest practicum students.
