Fish, chicken fry to be held in Elmo

The Elmo Community Betterment Club will host a fish and chicken fry from 5 to 7 pm, Saturday, December 10 at the Elmo Community Building. The special is buy one meal at $9, get the second meal at half price. Children 12 and under are $5. Money raised benefits community service projects.

Pay raise set for Hopkins city employees

Hopkins City Council aldermen voted to give city employees a three percent raise during closed session of the December 5 meeting.
