Maryville’s #BlackLivesMatter sees over 300

The 90-degree heat did not deter the attendance at the June 6 protest held on the northeast corner of the Nodaway County Courthouse lawn. Signs, chants and speakers were featured. The crowd included several university leaders including over 150 student athletes who walked from the Bearcat Stadium to the event.
