Health board meets to wrap up 2017, begin 2018

The Nodaway County Health Center Board of Directors met December 6 to begin work on the 2018 budget and other year-end projects. Maryville approves $8,444 runway inspection

Maryville man charged with rape

A Maryville man has been charged with the rape of a developmentally disabled woman. Seth R. Hicks, 23, was charged with two counts of Felony Rape in the 2nd Degree and four counts of Felony Sodomy in the 2nd Degree. Salvation Army seeks donations, bell ringer volunteers

The annual Salvation Army bell ringing campaign began December 1 in Maryville and volunteers are needed for the fundraising drive which keeps all donations in Nodaway County.
