Work on a wind farm project will close Nodaway County Route H Saturday, Aug. 29, at 10 a.m. Contractors with RES Americas, working under a permit obtained through the Missouri Department of Transportation, will close Route H where it intersects with 350th Street and Glacier Road in order to move heavy equipment across Route H.

Crews plan to complete all work during daylight hours the same day, weather permitting. Should they get rained out, the move may happen Monday, Aug. 31 or Tuesday, Sept. 1.

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change. Please remember that all work zones are NO PHONE zones. Buckle up. Phone down. Arrive Alive. Motorists are reminded to slow down and never drive around barricades. They are there for your protection and the safety of the workers in the construction zone.
