Sumy retires from Skidmore Fire Protection District Board

Marvin Sumy was recently recognized for his service to the Skidmore Fire Protection District. Sumy and his wife, Geraldine, were happy with his retirement cake that thanked him for his service. Sumy, 90 years old, has been a board member since its inception in 1987. He had been a volunteer on the Skidmore Fire Department for years before that.
