NN students see eclipse

North Nodaway Elementary students viewed the partial eclipse April 8 at the playground. Kindergarten teacher Angela Davison constructed “astronaut” outfits for her students to wear. Shayleigh Morris and Zoey Moore show off their jetpacks and helmets complete with eclipse glasses.

Although total darkness did not descend, the students were commenting it was getting darker and cooler as the eclipse reached its zenith.
