Newly elected county officeholders sworn in

Associate Circuit Judge Robert Rice, left, administered the oath of office January 5 to these newly elected county officials. They are front: Public Administrator Dee O’Riley, Collector-Treasurer Marilyn Jenkins, who after this term will have served 15 years; back: Assessor Rex Wallace, who will have served 20 years after this term; South District Associate Commissioner Scott Walk, North District Associate Commissioner Chris Burns and Sheriff Randy Strong.
