Students get teeth cleaned at West Nodaway

Approximately 37 West Nodaway students got their teeth examined by a traveling dentist who visited the school on November 4. Members of American Legion Post 464, Conception Jct., are thanked by Jefferson C-123 students on November 17. The school holds an annual lunch and program for the Tri-C community veterans on the Thursday before Thanksgiving. West Nodaway child development students are now experiencing realistic childcare with life-like electronic babies. The school purchased new reality babies that have more features and sensors than previous models. The electronic dolls help students experience the responsibilities that come with caring for infants. NH kindergartners treat families

The Nodaway-Holt kindergarten class presented a Thanksgiving program and meal to their families on November 18. The children helped with the kitchen preparation of the soup, muffins and pumpkin pies. The students also performed several songs and told the assembly what they were thankful for.
