Jefferson Jefferson C-123 met July 18 to assess storm damage and handle school business. During a recent storm, the district’s school gym chimney cap poked a hole in the roof above the stage. Jefferson BOE

The school board voted to raise the prices of school lunches 5¢ for the 2016-2017 school year, in a six to one vote with Jeff Farnan voting no. The new lunch prices will be $2 for elementary, $2.10 for high school and $2.70 for adults. Currently, the school has more food service expenditures than revenue.
