Lunch and Learn workshop to speak to ACA

The Maryville Chamber of Commerce, Small Business & Technology Development, University of Missouri Extension and Missouri Foundation for Health will present a program on the Affordable Care Act and how it affects your business.

  The program is set for noon, Friday, September 30 in the lower level meeting room at the Nodaway County Administration Building. A $10 box lunch will be offered by SSM HealthSt. Francis Bread Basket Catering.

Meridith Berry, Grundy County Extension, will cover topics including: ACA insurance changes in Missouri, the options for employers, individuals, and the self-employed, eligibility for tax credits and how to claim them and how to avoid the “family glitch” for employees.

RSVP should be made by Friday, September 23.
