On May 15, Tabitha Frank, RN, nurse supervisor for the Nodaway County Health Department, was honored by the Missouri Head Start Association. She offers staff trainings, provides immunizations, health education and conducts health screenings for children at Nodaway County Head Start. Presenting Frank her award were Linda Stump, Head Start Health/ERSEA specialist and Lynette Auffert, Head Start director.
