County, Maryville proclaim Direct Care Worker Appreciation Week

The Maryville Chamber of Commerce hosted a proclamation reading February 28 for Direct Care Worker Appreciation Week with Nodaway County and Maryville leaders at the Courthouse. The front row of Nicole Grady and Amy Gessert, Maryville Chamber, Nodaway County Presiding Commissioner Bill Walker, Maryville Mayor Pro Tem Tye Parsons and Associate Commissioner Scott Walk are surrounded by healthcare professionals including Mosaic nurses, public health workers, long-term care providers, hospital workers, respiratory therapists, technicians and supporting staff who have cared for Nodaway Countians throughout the pandemic.
