Cold weather greets trick or treaters

The Ruminer family had an early start with Abi and Bella Ruminer, Boston Hurst, Kendrick Ruminer and back: Derek Ruminer.

On October 30, cold but sunny weather greeted trick or treaters at the 28th annual event. Over 80 businesses, organizations, churches and others took part with an estimated 2,400 people wandering the downtown event. More photos available on the front page of this week’s NNL.
