30th Annual Downtown Trick or Treat ends on high note

The 30th Annual Downtown Trick or Treat was held October 30 on a crisp fall evening with families coming out in droves. The approximately 70 businesses, individuals and organizations participating wasn’t quite the high mark experienced in previous years but there was still a lot of treats being distributed as the estimated 1,800 adults along with their ghosties and ghoulies traipsed through downtown.
