All-you-can-eat fish and chicken with all the fixings will be served from 5 to 7 pm, Saturday, May 6 at American Legion Post 100, 1104 East Fifth Street, Maryville. Cost is $10; children 11 and under are $5. Proceeds support AL veterans programs.
From 7:30 am to noon, Saturday, May 6, the Maryville Farmers Market will be open at the Fourth and Buchanan Streets location. Sponsored by the Maryville Host Lions Club, the market is requesting no early sales. The market will be on Saturdays through the end of September.

Maryville’s NEBS/Deluxe retirees, former employees and friends will be meeting at 11:30, Friday, April 28 at the Pizza Ranch, Maryville.
Wear Blue: run to remember, Maryville, meet-up will be at 8 am, Saturday, April 29, at the Raymond J Courter College Park Pavilion at Northwest Missouri State University. American Legion Post 464 will sponsor a pancake breakfast from 7 to 11:30 am, Sunday, April 30, at the legion post, Conception Jct. Pancakes, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, juice and coffee will be served. Cost is $7 minimum per person, children six and under are free. Proceeds will go to the American Legion Post
The Skidmore Community Betterment will hold a spaghetti dinner from 11 am to 1 pm, Sunday, April 30 at Newton Hall, Skidmore. The menu is spaghetti, garlic bread, green beans, assorted salads and desserts. A free will donation will be accepted with funds going towards the park project.
The local Masons will meet at 7:30 pm, May 1 at the Masonic Lodge on North Main, Maryville.
Today’s Civic Women’s general meeting will be at 6:30 pm, Tuesday, May 2, at the Maryville Public Library. New members are welcome.
