Wieland joins Skidmore City Council

Jill Wieland, Skidmore, takes the oath of office, April 8 after being elected to the city council. Skidmore Mayor Sandy Wright administers the oath. Marvin Sumy, who was also elected to the council, resigned so he could maintain his position as city maintenance employee. The council then appointed Jeanise Schwebach to her third term as alderman.
