The Platte Valley Eagles won the quarterfinal playoff game on October 15 at Norborne. The final score was 7-1. The win allows the Eagles to advance to the state semifinals on Friday, October 21 at Killian Softball Complex, Springfield. If the team wins, they will play in the 41st annual Missouri State Championship on Saturday, October 22.
