Phillip Messner

Phillip Eugene Messner, EdD, 77, Prairie Village, KS, died Thursday, December 6, 2018, at his home.

A memorial and celebration of life service is planned for 2 pm, Sunday, December 16 at the Kenneth Wiliford Agricultural Building, 1007 West Highway 136, Albany.
