The Northwest Missouri State University community will try to uphold its reputation as the top blood supplier in the region this month when the university’s student senate sponsors its annual fall blood drive in cooperation with the Community Blood Center. The 22nd annual Downtown Trick or Treat will be from 5 to 7 pm, Monday, October 30. Costumed children will receive candy and other treats from 75 participating businesses, organizations, churches and individuals. The Trick or Treat will extend north from Jenkins Street to Sixth Street and west from Market Street to Fillmore Street.
The Bluebird Halloween party will be from 5 to 10 pm, Saturday, October 28 at the Bluebird Crossing, Quitman.
