The Friends Caring group will meet at 4 pm, Thursday, February 7 in the Friendship Hall, First United Methodist Church, 102 North Main Street, Maryville. Invisible Illness Support Group meets at 7:30 pm, Monday, February 4 at Laura Street Baptist Church, 120 South Laura Street, Maryville. The meetings are open to the public.

Hopkins Community Betterment will hold its monthly meeting at 6:30 pm, Monday, February 4 at the Hopkins Baptist Church basement. All interested individuals are invited to attend.

The Pickering Christian Church is conducting an outreach mission. Free bread and sweets may be picked up from 4:30 to 6:30 pm, Monday, February 4 at the east basement door.

The Parnell American Legion Post 528 will hold a fundraiser pancake breakfast from 8 am to noon, Sunday, February 3 at the Legion Hall. Free will donation.

The Graham Lions Club will host an all-you-can-eat fish, mountain oysters and chicken fry from 4:30 to 7 pm, Saturday, February 2 at the Graham Community Building. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children.

Advanced beekeeping 201 will be offered from 1 to 5 pm, Saturday, February 2 by the Northwest Bee Busters as part of the adult and community education classes offered by Northwest Technical School, 1515 South Munn, Maryville. Fee is $12.
