Jerry Eckstein

Gerald M. “Jerry” Eckstein, 80, Maryville, formerly of Clyde, died Thursday, January 16, 2020, at his home.

He was born January 8, 1940, in Maryville to Michael and Gertrude Eickholt Eckstein.

He attended the Jefferson School District.

On September 1, 1962, he married Ellen Rosetta “Susie” Sybert at the Holy Family Church in Conception Jct.

Mr. Eckstein’s body has been cremated under the direction of the Bram Funeral Home, Maryville.

Memorial Mass of Christian burial was Monday, January 20 at St. Columba Catholic Church, Conception Jct. Burial was at St. Columba Cemetery, Conception. Military rites at the cemetery were conducted by members of the Missouri Military Honors Detail and members of the Tri-C American Legion Post 464, Conception Jct.

Memorials are suggested to the American Alzheimers Association, St. Columba Catholic Church or to Hospice Partners.
