Health department official leads fitness course

Dawn Stephens, Nodaway County Health Department health educator, is leading a “Get Fit for Life” course during October.

The classes are held at 3:15 to 4:15 pm, Wednesdays on October, 15, 22 and 29 at the Northwest Technical School, 1515 S. Munn, Maryville.
