The USA Today High School Baseball All-USA Team was recently announced.

It consists of 31 players from 16 states. California leads with seven players followed by Florida, five, and Georgia, four, then North Carolina and Texas with two each. The Sunbelt’s dominance is similar to the college and professional player origins maps. Thus, climate playing a major role in baseball player development.
