Teachers from six county schools met September 19 at Northwest Missouri State University to learn new ideas and strategies from one another during a professional development workshop.

  • North Nodaway teachers Tana Wymer, Leah Koger, Cassie Runde and Courtney McDaniel discuss techniques students can use to prove their understanding of subject material.
  • Jefferson teachers Jackie Carlson and Rachel Denne incorporated math and art by writing math facts into oobleck slime during a STEM workshop.
