Community invited to sneak peek, meet and greet at the St. Francis grand reopening

SSM Health St. Francis Hospital is inviting the community to an open house from 7:30 to 9:30 am, Friday, September 9 to peek, meet and celebrate.

A preview of the new emergency department will give visitors the chance to see how the space has been expanded and updated with all private rooms, including two trauma rooms, five exam rooms and a triage room. The nurses’ station has been moved to allow for monitoring and quick access to all areas. The department opens to patients on September 27.

St. Francis also welcomes Dr. Lori Snook, family medicine physician, and Dr. Leah Habersham, obstetrician/gynecologist, to the medical community. Drs. Snook and Habersham will be present to meet and visit with community members before they begin seeing patients on September 12.

The hospital auxiliary will present the new St. Francis Gift Shop. Scarves, jewelry, figurines, purses, handmade items and more are now offered at the relocated boutique near the hospital’s south front entrance.

Coffee and refreshments will be served at the event held in the main floor front corridor near the chapel.
