Maryville’s sales, use tax rate to change April 1

The City of Maryville has an existing 1/8 cent city storm water/local parks sales and use tax rate that expires on March 31. The 1/8th of a cent expiring is from the Debt Retirement Fund and associated directly with the debt for community center construction and refunding. Skidmore sewer project doubles in cost

The Class 2 Missouri State Wrestling Championship were March 11 at the Cable Dahmer Arena, Independence.
