The Nodaway Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution will have its monthly meeting on Saturday, April 8 at the First United Methodist Church, Maryville. The business meeting will be at 1 pm and the honors and awards ceremony will be at 2 pm.
The Elmo fish fry is from 5 to 7 pm, Saturday, April 8 at the Elmo Community Building. In addition to fish, there will be fried chicken, jacket fries, lettuce salad, coleslaw and baked beans. Cost is $9. Proceeds go toward the Elmo 4th of July celebration and is sponsored by Elmo Community Betterment.
The Nodaho Bow Hunters will host the season’s first 3-D outdoor archery shoot with a trickle start from 8 to 10:30 am, Sunday, April 9 at the Nodaho Box Range, located 1/4 mile east of Graham and 1.25 miles north on Elkhorn Trail. Range finders are allowed. There will be 40 3-D targets set up
