Barnard Picnic announces schedule

The Barnard Picnic will begin at 5 pm, Saturday, August 20, with the baby show. All events take place at the fairgrounds. The Lil Mr. and Miss Barnard will be at 5:30 pm. A $7 a plate dinner will be at 6 pm, with entertainment by Knobtown Skiffle Band.
