The Nodaway County Health Center nurse will give flu vaccinations at the parent-teacher conferences from 4:30 to 8 pm, Thursday, September 29. The shots are available for students and parents. The cost is $20 or bring insurance cards for NCHC to bill major insurance companies.

The Hopkins Community Club will sponsor a Beef and Noodles Dinner from 11 am to 1 pm on Sunday, September 25, at the Hopkins Community Building. The menu of homemade beef and noodles, mashed potatoes, greenbeans, salads and drinks costs $8 for adults and $3 for children. Proceeds support community projects.
