Cattlemen host 6th annual round-up

The Nodaway County Cattlemen’s Association will host the 6th Annual Cattlemen’s Round-Up with the social beginning at 5:30 pm and meal at 6:30 pm on Saturday, February 16. The new location for the event is the Maryville Community Center, 1407 North Country Club Road, Maryville. The 2019 scholarship presentation and auction will follow.

Fish Fry set for Elmo

The Elmo Fish Fry is from 5 to 7 pm, Saturday, February 9 at the Elmo Community Building. In addition to fish, there will be fried chicken, potatoes, salads and drink. Cost is $9; children 12 and under are $5. Proceeds go toward community service projects and is sponsored by the Elmo Community Betterment.
